ekg was born out of a desire for connection with friends and loved ones from around the world. I think about the people in my life all the time, and I came up with ekg from the heart and Connection Candles as a Galentine’s Day gift for long distance friends. And the more I focused on IRL friendships, the more disillusioned I became with social media and performative friendships.
My mom has always told me to stay true to myself, and that advice keeps me consistent and most importantly to me, altruistic. Lead with love, be yourself all the time, and communicate from the heart.
